13th November 2015 Happening in Northern Ireland
Colleagues volunteering to process public donations
Over 350 Lloyds Banking Group colleagues at our call centre in Belfast, Northern Ireland, will be showing their support for BBC Children in Need by volunteering to process millions of pounds donated by the public late into the night during the Appeal Night telethon on Friday 13 November.
Belfast is one of six Lloyds Banking Group call centres also including Edinburgh, Newport, Pendeford, Pudsey and Solent, taking calls on the night and in total the six call centres will be providing over 8,500 volunteer hours of support. With 720 telephone lines and 1,700 volunteers, the Group will be the largest provider of call centres for the Charity this year, reinforcing our role as Principal Partner.
